Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "RODO"), we inform you that: 1. Purposes and legal basis for processing We will process your personal data: 1. for the purpose of assessing your suitability for the position or B2B cooperation opportunity specified in the advertisement and for taking steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract or a B2B cooperation agreement, as applicable. For candidates applying for employment, personal data will be processed to the extent permitted by Article 22¹ of the Labour Code and on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) and/or Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, as applicable. For candidates applying for B2B cooperation, personal data necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a B2B cooperation agreement will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, to the extent applicable. The data processed for these purposes may include, depending on the form of cooperation and the requirements of the position or cooperation opportunity: • first and last name, • date of birth, • contact details, • education, • professional qualifications, • professional experience and employment history, where applicable to an employment relationship, • other information necessary to assess your suitability for the position or cooperation opportunity. 2. for the purpose of assessing your suitability for the position or B2B cooperation opportunity and conducting the recruitment or cooperation selection process, based on your consent to the processing of personal data provided voluntarily in your resume, application form, cover letter and other documents, where such consent is required. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. 3. in order to realize the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the data obtained from You in the course of the recruitment or cooperation selection process, in connection with verification of your skills and abilities needed for the position or scope of services specified in the advertisement. The basis of processing this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO). 4. for the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the event of a legal need to prove facts, to demonstrate the fulfillment of obligations or to establish, pursue or defend against claims, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO. 5. for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes and/or future B2B cooperation selection processes, based on your consent for the processing of personal data provided in your resume, application form, cover letter and other documents. The basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO). 4. Rights of data subjects 1. In accordance with the RODO, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it, the right to request rectification (amendment), erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, where applicable. 2. At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data, processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, indicated above in point 3.3 and 3.4. 3. The above requests can be sent to the addresses indicated in point 2. In addition, in accordance with the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO). 5. Data retention period 1. To the extent indicated in points 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3, your data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment or B2B cooperation selection process. 2. To the extent indicated in point 3.4, your data will be kept for the period of limitation of claims under applicable law, as well as for the period in which regulations require us to store the data. 3. To the extent indicated in point 3.5, your personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of your consent. 6. Data recipients 1. Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions as defined by the provisions of law and to processors who provide services to the Data Controller and to whom these data are entrusted. 7. Provision of personal data The provision of personal data necessary to assess your suitability for the position or B2B cooperation opportunity is voluntary, but may be necessary to participate in the relevant recruitment or cooperation selection process. For candidates applying for employment, the provision of data required under Article 22¹ of the Labour Code may be necessary to participate in the recruitment process. For candidates applying for B2B cooperation, the provision of data necessary to assess the possibility of entering into and performing the B2B cooperation agreement may be necessary for the cooperation selection process. Providing other personal data is voluntary. 8. Automated decision-making 1. Please be informed that we do not make decisions by automated means, including in the form of profiling. 9. Consent and information on how to withdraw consent 1. At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which was performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. 2. The statement of withdrawal of consent for processing of personal data can be sent to the addresses indicated in point 2.
