The basis of processing is the aforementioned consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO),</li> <li>in order to realize the legitimate interest of the administrator in the data obtained from You in the course of the recruitment process in connection with verification of your skills and abilities needed for the position specified in the advertisement. The basis of processing this data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),</li> <li>for the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interest of the administrator in the event of a legal need to prove facts, to demonstrate the fulfillment of obligations (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO),</li> <li>for the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent for the processing of personal data provided in your resume, form, cover letter and other documents.
